Tour terms & conditions
Private tour
- All our tours are private. This means that your group will not share the tour with other people.
- Pre and post-tour transfers from and to the hotel are included in the price.
- Airport transfers are not included in the price
- Rapa Nui National park ticket is not included in the price.
Force majeure
- If we are unable to perform tours due to unpredictable events 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. This includes very bad weather, airplane delays, etc.
- If we are unable to perform the tour for any other reason other you will be refunded a full 100% of the tour cost.
Cancellation
- If you need to cancel a reservation please send us an email with your name indicating you want to cancel the tour.
- To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
Shore Excursions
- All our tours are shared group tours. This means that you will be sharing your group with a max of 8 people.
- Rapa Nui National park ticket is not included in the price.
Force majeure
- If circumstances prevent tenders from accessing Easter Island entirely we’ll reimburse you with a substantial 50% of your shore excursion fee. The remaining amount will help offset expenses such as guide wages and vehicle rentals, which are still obligations we need to fulfill.
- If we are unable to perform the tour for any other reason other you will be refunded a full 100% of the tour cost.
Cancellation
- If you need to cancel a reservation please send us an email with your name indicating you want to cancel the tour.
